What we keep

When you ask for a quote — through the form or by email — we keep your name, your contact details, what you wrote and any files you attach (drawings, photos of the job). That is what we need in order to come back to you with a price and a timeline.

What it is used for

Answering you, preparing the quote and carrying out the work you award us. We send no newsletters, we build no lists and we pass your data to nobody — beyond what the law requires for invoicing and for the warranty on the work.

For how long

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after one year. Documents from completed jobs are kept for as long as tax law and the warranty on the work require.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no cookies, carries no advertising and runs no analytics scripts that follow you. Fonts are served from this same domain — nothing is requested from third parties to load them. The illustrative photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which sees the network address of the visitor.

The quote form is received by our own server and delivered to our email — it does not pass through any third-party form service. The email itself is carried by Resend, our mail transport. This site's server keeps a technical access log (network address, page requested, date) for 14 days, for diagnostics and security.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to lajeforte.pt@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
